Position Description

Bachelor's Degree, minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience or equivalent, Excellent written and verbal communication and customer services. Able to travel in the state.

Represent agency at recruiting events. Advance recruitment and retention efforts and Educate managers on recruitment-related, concepts. Skilled in Microsoft Office Setting. Must have a valid Ark driver's license.
